Job Objective

• Responsible for the ADD service standards.  
• Makes sure all corporate ADD concepts, playbooks & breakfast 2.0 is followed.  
• Facilitation of talent growth/promotion in the department.  
• Duty scheduling (if applicable).  
• Awareness of yearly culinary calendar.  
• Upselling/techniques.  

Essential Job Tasks

Be present on the floor and back of the house to make sure what is agreed is running. At times be hands on

Areas of Responsibility

• Adherence to IHCL HACCP safety standards in all of the areas.  
• Communication - F&B meeting/staff meeting (in absence of RM).  
• Daily log book reading & communicate action (in absence of RM).  
• Daily walk into all outlets to make sure everything is as per agreed standards & functions concepts.  
• Immediately rectify if any deviations and be hands on if needed.  
• Awareness of all discounting policies.  
• Awareness of Dine@Taj & other corporate programs.  
• Execute festivities, signing of complementary checks.  
• Conducts skill & behavioural training for all staff of department.  
• Yearly holiday calendar planning (assist).  
• All non-food ordering is stocked and checked.  
• Adheres to all POS SOPs.  
• All menus are printed as per guidelines.  
• Coordinates all maintenance aspects.  
• Coordinates the agreed cleaning schedule with HK.  
• Coordinates the agreed cleaning schedule with Lavazza coffee machines.  
• Ensure correct cashiering and cash flow.  

Required Qualifications

 10 + 2 or Apprenticeship Certification
Diploma/Graduation certification

Work Experience

3 - 4 experience years.
Different establishments from 4 stars to 5 stars

Languages Needed in Position

Fluent in spoken and written English. 
If applicable local language appreciated.
