Job Objective
This position exists for the purpose of evaluating, planning, coordinating, and managing hospitality development projects from feasibility stage through design development and execution, while ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational efficiency, technical compliance, and project delivery timelines.
Essential Job Tasks
• Conduct site visits and technical evaluations for proposed hotel developments and conversions
• Perform architectural feasibility studies including FSI/FAR analysis, zoning reviews, planning efficiency, and statutory assessments
• Develop preliminary planning studies, area programs, and hotel layout strategies
• Coordinate with project architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, structural consultants, and landscape consultants during design development
• Review architectural drawings, technical submissions, and consultant deliverables for compliance with brand standards and operational requirements
• Participate in owner meetings, project reviews, consultant discussions, and technical presentations
• Prepare technical reports, project trackers, design review notes, and development presentations
• Coordinate with PMC teams and contractors during project execution and site inspections
Areas of Responsibility
• Hotel project feasibility and technical due diligence
• Architectural planning and development strategy
• Site evaluations and development assessments
• Coordination with project architects and consultants
• Hospitality project management and development monitoring
• Brand standards and design compliance
• Technical review and value engineering
• Stakeholder coordination with owners, operators, consultants, and contractors
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Registration with COA preferred
• Additional certification in Project Management or Hospitality Planning preferred
Work Experience
Years of Experience: 7–10 years
Hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, or branded residences
Expertise in Hotel planning, feasibility analysis, design coordination, project management, technical review, development strategy
Domain Knowledge: Hospitality development, hotel operations planning, statutory regulations, construction systems, brand standards
Preferred Industry: Hospitality & Real Estate Development, Hotel Brands, Architecture & Design Consultancy, PMC
Must Have: Hospitality project experience, consultant coordination, technical drawing review, site evaluation, project management capability
Good to Have: Experience in hotel operator corporate office, greenfield developments, adaptive reuse projects, multi-brand hospitality
Languages Needed in Position
