Job Objective

Essential Job Tasks

Areas of Responsibility

•Supervise and coordinate hotel operations during assigned shifts.
•Ensure smooth guest services and handle escalated issues promptly.
•Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain service excellence.
•Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
•Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

•Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
•Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
