Job Objective

Essential Job Tasks

Areas of Responsibility

Assist in sourcing and purchasing hotel supplies, equipment etc..
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Support budget management and cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards 

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in purchasing.(hospitality experience preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
