Job Objective

Store Management, Inventory Management, FIFO, Quality Control

Essential Job Tasks

• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

• Organize all materials in the store and ensure they are well managed.

• Receive goods and verify them against the purchase orders with respect to quantity, quality, short shipments, and/or duplications, and document any discrepancies.

• Ensure all deliveries are received at the designated receiving area only.

• Issue a Slow Moving Stock list at least once every month.

• Safeguard storeroom keys through security to prevent unauthorized entries.

• Assist in all daily, weekly, month-end, or quarterly inventories as needed.

Areas of Responsibility

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.

• Responsible for material control in and out of the main materials storage facility.

• Responsible for receiving materials, inventory control, and consumable store items.

• Keep the materials in good condition, free from waste, damage, and contamination.

• Monthly stock verification & reconciliation (Physical & System).
