Job Objective
To manage the unit-level financial operations with a focus on audit readiness, accurate MIS reporting, and seamless payroll administration. The incumbent will ensure that the factory's financial health is monitored through strict internal controls and timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Essential Job Tasks
· Financial reporting, book closure, and compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act
· Preparation of financial statements and ensuring accurate accounting
· Audit management (statutory, internal, tax) and strengthening internal controls
· Handling GST, TDS, income tax, and overall statutory compliance
· MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization
· Payroll accounting and labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
· ERP management, process automation, and advanced financial analysis
· Risk assessment, working capital management, and strategic financial support

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Taxation Laws (Direct & Indirect), and Statutory Compliance
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar accounting software)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Work Experience
- Experience in handling statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings
- Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ROC compliance
Languages Needed in Position
- Should be fluent in both English and Hindi and local language preferred
