To design and drive the organization’s learning and development strategy, ensuring capability building, leadership development, and alignment with business goals.

Areas of Responsibility
• Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and design structured learning interventions
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
• Establish governance and standardization of training processes across the organization
• Oversee execution of training programs and ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement
• Partner with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with business priorities
• Lead and mentor the L&D team, ensuring capability development and performance management
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms, LMS, and blended learning approaches
• Manage external training partners, budgets, and cost optimization
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with training standards and documentation
• Lead CSR initiatives through learning interventions and drive employee participation
Required Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree Hotel Management
Work Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Proven experience in designing and implementing L&D strategies
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in LMS, digital learning tools, and training analytics
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and capability-building frameworks
Languages Needed in Position
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred
