Job Objective

To manage the end-to-end daily operations at the designated client site, serving as the primary bridge between the Client and the TajSATS Central Kitchen. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and creative dining experiences while maintaining 100% compliance with safety (HACCP), financial targets, and the "Nekta" philosophy of "Everyday Made Exclusive."

Essential Job Tasks

•Facilitate the daily "Service Briefing" with the site team, focusing on the day's menu, VIP arrivals, and specific client preferences to ensure a flawless dining experience.
•Execute the daily ordering process via the ERP/Ordering system, ensuring that meal counts are accurately forecasted based on client attendance to minimize food wastage.
•Conduct weekly "Joint Audits" with the client's facility team to review hygiene standards, equipment maintenance, and overall service performance.
•Direct the on-site "Customer Feedback Program," analyzing real-time digital feedback to implement immediate service improvements and menu tweaks.
•Monitor and report monthly Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) including Food Cost, Labor Productivity, and Safety Compliance to the Allied Catering Manager.

Areas of Responsibility

Client Relationship & Service 
• Stakeholder Management: Acts as the single point of contact for client representatives, proactively gathering feedback and resolving issues to ensure high Client Satisfaction Scores.
• Service Excellence: Oversees buffet setups, live counters, and executive dining rooms, ensuring they meet Taj standards of aesthetics and service flow.
• VIP & Events: Leads the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events and board meetings, coordinating bespoke menus with the central culinary team.
Operations & Logistics 
• Central Kitchen Coordination: Manages the "last-mile" logistics—ordering meals from the central kitchen, verifying quantity/quality upon arrival, and ensuring timely service.
• Resource Management: Develops shift rosters for all site staff, ensuring optimum deployment during peak breakfast/lunch waves.
• Inventory & Wastage: Maintains strict control over on-site stock (dry stores, perishables, disposables) and monitors plate-wastage to optimize costs.
Safety, Quality & Compliance 
• HACCP & Hygiene: Ensures the site remains "Audit-Ready" at all times, strictly following temperature logs, sanitization schedules, and FSSAI guidelines.
• Wellness & Nutrition: Monitors the nutritional balance of daily menus, ensuring dietary requirements (Vegan, Gluten-free, Keto) are clearly labeled and met.
• Sustainability: Implements Nekta’s "Conscious Catering" practices, including waste segregation and plastic-free initiatives at the client site

Required Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.

Work Experience

8–12 years in F&B Operations, with at least 2–3 years in a Managerial role within Corporate Catering, QSR, or 5-star Hotel Banqueting.

Languages Needed in Position

Fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi.
