Job Objective
To drive revenue growth by promoting and selling catering services to a diverse client base, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and tailoring catering solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Areas of Responsibility
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in both B2B and B2C markets, leveraging industry connections, networking, and market research to drive business growth.
• Sales Prospecting and Conversion: Actively prospect and follow up on leads, converting inquiries into confirmed sales through persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Customized Catering Proposals: Develop tailored catering proposals, including menu options, service styles, and pricing, to meet clients' unique needs and preferences.
• Sales Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales, ensuring profitability, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
• Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are accurately documented, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Debtors Management: Extend event credit strictly in accordance with the prescribed policy, and actively reduce any outstanding amount as per hotel's defined standards.
• Sales Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details, utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales volume, client retention, and revenue growth, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies and tactical plans.
Required Qualifications
A degree in Hospitality Management
Work Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality industry.
