Job Objective
As an officer, brings appropriate experience in this field to help the company grow. Seeking a position as an IT Officer, proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, with strong knowledge of networking.
Essential Job Tasks
Responsible for facilitating assistance in standard IT operations, including service desk management, by ensuring the periodic logging and resolution of incidents on the service desk portal.
Areas of Responsibility
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and a range of software applications.
• Train and assist users in logging calls on call logging software.
• Take complete ownership of all incidents and change requests, effectively coordinating with other Central IT teams for support as required.
• Install and configure new IT equipment and upgrade machines to keep them current.
• Maintain a first-class level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and appropriately.
• Monitor backups and report any anomalies.
• Work effectively to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications
• Graduation with a diploma or degree in a computer-related course.
• 2-4 years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery.
• Good understanding of server and desktop hardware, operating systems, networks, firewalls, load balancers, and telecom systems.
• Thorough understanding of Active Directory concepts.
• Strong knowledge of networking and virtualization.
Work Experience
• Graduation with a diploma or degree in a computer-related course.
