Essential Job Tasks

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Maximize room sales and occupancy by offering upgrades and promotions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.

• Accurately input and manage reservations in the system.

• Work closely with front office, sales, and revenue departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.

• Provide friendly, helpful service to both external guests and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is preferred.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
