Essential Job Tasks

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Maximize room sales and occupancy by offering upgrades and promotions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.

Accurately input and manage reservations in the system.

Work closely with front office, sales, and revenue departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.

Provide friendly, helpful service to both external guests and internal teams.
Required Qualifications

Previous experience in reservations is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is preferred.
