Job Objective

Essential Job Tasks
To support Bungalow Operations of ama Stays & Trails
Areas of Responsibility
Strategy Development and Planning
Assist in launch of new properties- Building trackers, SOP's, checklists and training to ensure a seamless launch and handover of new bungalows
in consultation with GM Hub Hotel/GM ama Stays and Trails,
Financials & Resource Management
Reviews bungalow purchases and ensure adherence to budgets and brand standards
Create the annual revenue and budget plan for AMA in their purview including marketing plan, capital expenditure plan and employee budget.
Review financial performance – Revenue & EBIDTA of each bungalow and make course corrections wherever required. Review financial performance – DBR of each bungalow under their purview.
Ensures need-based requisitions of guest supplies that are made as per occupancy forecast.
Manages and allocates resources to optimize cost in line with targets and conducts periodic reviews.
Develop local supply chains.
Coordinate with the concerned Hub hotel General Managers with respect to staffing process, ensuring timely compliance to work processes like performance management, employee engagement and training and development.
Processes:
Review daily the arrival list for rates, guest preferences, experiences planned and arrival/departure experiences at the bungalows.
Revise the SOP's based on customer and employee feedback at the Bungalow with the General Manager on a monthly basis.
Monitors adherence to all policies and procedures.
Adherence of SOP's and Standards at the bungalow - Training/Reveiwing guest & employee feedback and maintaining trackers for the brand on adherene of standards.

Customer
Experience management - Detail experiences for new bungalows along with GM - amã. Review adherence to SOP's at existing bungalows.
Adheres to roles and responsibilities pertaining to safety as defined by the hotel from time to time as per the PCM (Progressive Consequence Management) SOP and IMBC (Incident Management and Business Continuity).
Ensure to be familiar with the bungalow lay out /s & fire protocols.
Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to the Hub Hotel General Manager / Area Security Manager"
Safety
Reviews risks and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).
Review monthly safety reports at the bungalows."
Required Qualifications
BHM / MBA
Work Experience
14 - 16 Years.
Languages Needed in Position
English
