Job Objective

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female Housekeeping Associate to join our team. Whether you are a fresher eager to learn or have up to 2 years of prior experience, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, guests, and visitors.

Essential Job Tasks

  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing rooms and common areas

  • Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any issues promptly

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

  • Assist with laundry services and linen management

  • Provide courteous and professional support to guests and staff

  • Follow organizational housekeeping policies and procedures

Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Cleaning & Maintenance

    • Perform routine cleaning of rooms, offices, corridors, and common areas

    • Ensure floors, furniture, and fixtures are dust-free and sanitized

    • Handle housekeeping equipment safely and report malfunctions

  • Guest & Staff Support

    • Provide courteous assistance to guests and employees when needed

    • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times

  • Health & Safety Compliance

    • Follow hygiene protocols and safety standards set by the organization

    • Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and in accordance with guidelines

  • Inventory & Supplies

    • Monitor housekeeping supplies and request replenishments when necessary

    • Maintain proper records of usage and stock levels

  • Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with other housekeeping staff and supervisors

    • Support special cleaning projects or events as assigned

Required Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent preferred / Hotel Management Background Candidates are welcome

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Work Experience

  • Freshers with knowledge and interest in housekeeping workflow are encouraged to apply

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of prior housekeeping experience will be given preference
