Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Strategy: Support overall business goals, implement revenue management, manage daily workflows, and analyze performance data to suggest improvements.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate team members; provide guidance and handle escalated staff issues.
- Customer Service: Ensure top-notch service, handle complex customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain satisfaction.
- Administration: Manage booking systems, handle documentation, monitor budgets, manage inventory/supplies, and report to upper management.
