Job Objective

To provide highest level of service to the guests, that is safe, hygienic and creates the ambience to ensure guest satisfaction and organization profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee morale.

Essential Job Tasks

Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist the spa manager in ensuring the department’s operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled without any compromise on brand standards.
  • Maintain and preserve the Spa vision and mission.
  • Create and participate in trainings, get-together, staff meetings and activities at the hotel.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of Spa facility and equipment.
  • Ensure maintenance of inventory of supplies and products
  • Attend all Hotel training programs as required.
