Job Objective

To recruit a passionate and skilled Commis I (Indian Chef) who will contribute to the excellence of our hotel by preparing authentic Indian cuisine, supporting senior chefs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role aims to nurture culinary talent while upholding our brand’s reputation for exceptional dining experiences.

 

 

Essential Job Tasks

  • Assist in preparing and presenting Indian dishes with precision and flair
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Support senior chefs in daily operations
  • Contribute to menu innovation and guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Professional qualification related to Cookery.
  • Passion for cooking and learning
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence and attention to detail

Work Experience

Prior experience in Indian cuisine is required, atleast 2 years of experience in a star class hotel.

Languages Needed in Position

Communication skills in English is essential.
