Wellness

Responsible for overall operation of the Wellness / Spa & fitness centre. Directs policies, procedures, plans, and programmes governing all operational and financial matters of the facility and ensure the smooth running of the department. Supervise staff.

Essential Job Tasks

• Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of Guests.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate wellness events, workshops, and training sessions to educate associates on various health and wellness topics.
• Track and report on key metrics related to the success of wellness programs, impact on health outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in wellness, and make recommendations for incorporating new initiatives.

Areas of Responsibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, wellness management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a wellness / Spa Operations.
• Professional certifications in wellness, health promotion, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of wellness and health promotion principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
